The rights behind the show

PiP Entertainment, LLC does not own the Musical. The Authors own the copyrights in Picasso in Paris, and the Company holds a license from them. A first-class production must open by December 5, 2030, and rights revert if exploitation ceases for nine consecutive months. Live-stage rights cover the U.S., U.K., Australia, and New Zealand. Audiovisual and immersive rights have not been secured; the Company holds only a right of first negotiation. Image rights in The Lost Dove are licensed by Sir Kenneth W. Hawkins to Hawkins Art Enterprises, LLC, and by HAE to the Company.

Where We Are in Development

Picasso in Paris has a completed book and score and has been presented in table reads in New York and in concert. The next planned stage is a fully professional regional theatrical production (Class M-R). If that production demonstrates commercial viability, the Company contemplates a Broadway production (Class M-B), followed by a touring production (Class M-T). Each stage depends on financing and on definitive agreements, and the Company does not represent that any project will proceed on this sequence or timeline.
